The light-filled kitchen, dining area and living room flow into an enclosed south-facing loggia, with plenty of room for breakfast, conversation and relaxed evenings. The second-floor apartment has air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, while the smaller bedroom has a ceiling fan and direct access to the loggia.
